In the scope of SCC / SAL’s Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility Procedures, all suppliers must guarantee that:
- They do not resort to child labour.
- Any foreign employees working for SCC / SAL are duly legalised.
- All social security expenses have been duly paid.
- The company abides with all the legally stipulated obligations with regards to the employment code.
- The company abides with the applicable environmental legislation.
- All the information provided is true.
After analysing the form and should SCC/SAL find it appropriate, a commercial suppliers’ selection process shall be initiated, the purpose of which is to analyse the capability of a future Supplier to fulfil certain criteria, namely in terms of installed capacity, logistics, quality, environment, health and safety and trading conditions.
